Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return. The item must be new, unworn, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by Kimoky.
How to make a return?
Contact us at boutique@kimoky.com to submit a request. If accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions.
What if the package is lost or undelivered?
Contact our customer service: we will act in accordance with the legislation (articles L216-1 and L216-2 of the Consumer Code) and will reimburse in the event of proven non-delivery.
When will I be reimbursed?
Once the return is received and validated, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your payment method. Additional bank delays may apply.
